HBCU Vibes is a Historically Black College and University apparel and product brand/company. We currently offer quality and colorful sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, swimsuits, fanny packs, backpacks, and other items. We design our apparel in traditional HBCU colors. This is so our customers can show their HBCU pride while matching their fly with their HBCU Vibes. We aim to meet the fashion needs of HBCU Alumni, HBCU supporters, current and future HBCU students, and all members of the Divine-9 fraternities and sororities.

HBCU Vibes launched its official business online store in March 2021. In July 2022, HBCU Vibes opened a physical retail location in Marcus Hook, PA.

Lashira Council is the Founder and CEO of HBCU Vibes, LLC. She graduated from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania in 2002, the FIRST HBCU. She describes her HBCU experience as "a different world than where she came from," literally. To experience the diversity, individuality, courage, motivation, pride, unity, and love among her black brothers, sisters, cousins, friends, aunts, uncles, and siblings was unimaginable and unforgettable. Her CHEYNEY family will always have a special place in her heart as a self-proclaimed sneakerhead who likes to match her kicks (the fly) with her HBCU pride (the vibes). She hopes to spread that same love as the business owner of HBCU Vibes!
